Hoan Tran

Hoan Tran is a distinguished professional with a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree from the University of Finance and Accountancy and Hanoi Trade University. She dedicated 30 years of her career to serving as the head of the Hoa Binh Directorate of Market Surveillance (DMS), a crucial agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam. In this role, Mrs. Hoan was responsible for overseeing market surveillance activities, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and safeguarding consumer rights within the Hoa Binh region. Following her retirement from public service, she has transitioned to the private sector, where she now serves as a board member for several companies.
